The Patient Relations Department receives feedback from patients, families and the public in the form of suggestions, compliments or concerns. Alberta Health Services values your input; we want to hear from you.

Feedback can be submitted to the Patient Relations Department directly by telephone, fax, mail or through the online feedback form.

Patient Relations service hours

• Monday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Tuesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Office is not open on statutory holidays

Should you need assistance after hours you may call HEALTHLink Alberta at 1-866-408-5465 (LINK) and you will be able to speak with a Registered Nurse, or you can leave a message and the Patient Relations staff will respond to you as soon as possible.
