Collaborative practice.

This pillar in the operating philosophy of the South Health Campus means that inter-professional teams of learners and practitioners will be working collaboratively with role clarity and with a team approach to providing care to patients and families. Through a collaborative practice approach, patients, clients, families and the community will be the focus of the team at the South Health Campus, supported by strong inter-professional communication across all health care disciplines involved in the care of each patient and family.
