Best Bets

Many programs, services, facilities, etc have been keyworded to come up first in the search results. These results will appear at the top of the search page in a grey box.

Basics

• Use specific terms, for example use "Connect Care" not "care"
• If looking for a specific document type use terms like "form", "policy", "connect care"
• Use the minus (-) sign if you want to exclude something from a result, for example "safe food -handling"
