Share Your Cost-Saving Ideas

Alberta Health Services knows our employees and physicians have a wealth of practical experience about health service delivery and how we can conduct our business more efficiently.

The submission deadline has now passed.  Thank you for all your entries.  Your submission will be reviewed by an interdisciplinary team of leaders from across the province to determine whether it can be implemented provincially.

Employees, physicians and teams who have submitted viable suggestions are eligible to win one of the following prizes provided by Dr. Duckett out of his own pocket:

• one of two customized weekend packages (e.g. skiing, horseback riding, theatre),
• one of two $500.00 gift cards that can be used for the store or business of your choice, and,
• one of five customized team packages (e.g. a luncheon, dinner theatre, sports event, etc.)

We will share some of the best cost-saving ideas with colleagues throughout our organization by featuring them in future editions of the Connect newsletter.  Individuals with some of the best cost-saving ideas will also have a chance to co-author an entry with Dr. Duckett on the News and Views from the President and Chief Executive Officer blog.
