A referral is needed to access this service. Call for more information.

A referral from a doctor or other healthcare provider (e.g. nurse, physical therapist) is needed for all inpatients. A doctor referral is needed for outpatients. Referrals can be faxed or sent with the person.

Fees

You have to pay for parking, splints, and some special equipment.

Wait time

For neurology referrals, the wait time can be up to 8 weeks. For orthopedic referrals, the wait time can be up to 2 weeks.
