Emergency Room Outreach Team - Mental Health
A mobile team that meets with clients at their homes to provide emotional or mental health support, intervention and problem solving, such as:
- education and information for client well being;
- linkages to services;
- client follow-up and support.
Services are provided on a short term basis with the client being followed for up to one month. If the client needs further mental health support they are connected to a longer term service.

- Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Referral needed
Referrals are made by the psychiatric emergency teams as a discharge support for when clients are seen in emergency.
