Geriatric Evaluation and Management Clinic
For seniors living in St. Albert and surrounding area, the goal of this clinic is to help seniors remain as independent as they can be in their community.
Assesses and supports seniors' health and addresses the concerns that seniors and/or caregivers may have.
Plans, implements treatment, and provides education, but ongoing care is provided by the senior's physician.
