Outpatient Mental Health
This program provides change oriented psychotherapy services. Specific approaches include individual and group therapy from cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic orientation as well as individual, couple and family therapy from a systems perspective.

Some early evening appointments are also available. The majority of group therapy sessions are offered in the later afternoon / early evening.

Referral needed
Referrals are accepted from psychiatrists and family physicians who practice within the Calgary Zone boundaries. Contact Access Mental Health - Adult Services at 943-1500 to initiate a referral
