Designated Assisted Living
Offers people 24/7 access to help with everyday activities and nursing care in private living spaces. Units have their own bathrooms and bedrooms, but most are part of a larger centre. Some sites are for people with dementia and offer a safe place for clients who may wander.

Each resident has a Case Manager who assesses health care needs on an ongoing basis, co-ordinates and schedules access to health care services.
