Hemodialysis - Southern Alberta Renal Program (SARP)
Hemodialysis is a process where the patient's blood is passed through a special filter that removes waste products and water. Most people require three 4 hour treatments every week.

Physician referral to Nephrologist including a clinical summary and copies of relevant test results.
Wait time
Waits may occur for particular service sites (up to 3-4 months). Waits also occur for renal transplantation.
