Obstetrics/Gynecology Outpatient Services
This service provides clients with consultation from an obstetrician or gynecologist and a nursing assessment by a registered nurse. The examination may also include diagnostic tests and procurement of tissue samples for laboratory examination. Education opportunities may be available for the client and family.

Referral needed
Referrals from Family Physicians are forwarded to the Obstetrician/ Gynecologists and appointments are booked.
Fees
Clients are billed for materials used, such as intrauterine devices and pessaries
Wait time
All urgent referrals are addressed and patients are seen within 1 week. Non-urgent waiting time varies by physician from 1 to 4 weeks.
