Health Information / Records Management
Supplementary services offered by the Health Records department, include the following:
Completion of patient charts, data collection, data entry, coding, and abstracting patient information, dictation and transcription of inpatient charts as well as some ambulatory clinical charts.
NOTE: Patients wishing to access their hospital records should contact the Health Records department at the site where they were a patient.

Wheelchair accessible
Washrooms are wheelchair accessible. Handicapped parking stalls. Ramps are available to access the hospital and there is designated parking around the parameter for appropriately designated handicapped vehicles.
