Testing Laboratory hours of operation:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 11:59 pm; Saturday 7:30 am - 11:59 pm
Employment related drug testing, fertility testing, post-vasectomy analysis, paternity testing or third party testing services are NOT performed at this site.
Referral needed
Clients must have a requisition from a Physician or other qualified Health Care provider.
