AHS has developed the "AHS Dyad Leadership Model – A Primer" with considerable input and feedback from senior administrative and medial leaders. The Primer is meant to articulate the rationale and nature of the AHS Dyad Leadership Model. It should be viewed as a “living” document, a work-in-progress, to be updated and revised as the model and the organization mature, and as practical experience gained.

Feedback Required: Medical Staff Engagement in Quality
Practitioners working together and sharing expertise and information play a central role in creating a fair, seamless health care system. To support and enable Medical Staff in quality work a proposed model has been drafted by the Medical Staff Engagement in Quality Working Group (MSEQWG).
