Free online session to help parents set screen-time limits

MEDICINE HAT – Parents, caregivers and influencers of children and youth are invited to a free information session in which they can learn how to help youth safely navigate the online world.

Who’s In the Driver’s Seat? Finding Balance in our Family’s Digital Lives will be presented via Zoom on Jan. 27 at 7 p.m. It is presented by Alberta Health Services, in partnership with the Digital Wellness Coalition of Medicine Hat and area.

Registered psychologists Greg Godard and Mary Lou Godard will explain how families can find a balance between daily life and time spent online.
