GRANDE PRAIRIE — Expectant and new parents are invited to learn more about pregnancy, birth and early childhood at a pregnancy health information fair next week.

The free Alberta Health Services (AHS) event will be held March 21 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Rotary Room at the Grande Prairie Public Library, 9839 103 Ave. AHS healthcare professionals will be available to meet with expectant and new parents to provide information and resources, and answer questions regarding pregnancy, birth and early childhood.

Participants can learn more about routine childhood immunizations, infant feeding and nutrition, infant safety, pelvic health, mental health, local AHS prenatal education classes, and other AHS and community healthcare services.

Representatives from local community organizations will also be available to provide information and resources.
