Working closely with the Alberta Medical Association (AMA), the Seniors Health Strategic Clinical Network developed and distributed a two part survey to solicit family physician perspectives on gaps in palliative and end of life care and care of people living with dementia.
Distributed via the AMA eNewsletter to over 4000 primary care physicians, the survey results have been divided into two parts and can be found below.
