Active Rehabilitation Program - Mental Health - Claresholm Centre for Mental Health & Addictions
The Active Rehabilitation Program Unit serves people who are considered able to participate in rehabilitation and reintegration using a comprehensive model with varying levels of care and gradual transition to independent living.
Services provided may include:
- medication teaching;
- vocational rehabilitation;
- group therapy;
- crisis management;
- client advocacy;
- discharge planning;
- transitional satellite housing;
- ambulatory care services
