Home Care - Fox Creek Healthcare Centre
Provides assistance for individuals of all ages requiring post-surgical care, long term care or palliative care to live independently in their own homes. A Home Care nurse assesses the individual's needs and recommends appropriate Home Care services. Home Care supplements the care already provided by the family and/or the community. Respite services are available based on assessed need. Foot care clinics are provided for those in medical need.
Case Managers can help clients and families identify and connect to the services they need to remain at home.

No charge for professional services, personal care or respite. Charges apply for clients requiring subcutaneous infusion
