Building Healthy Lifestyles - Lethbridge Centre Mall

The program provides free individual counseling and group education classes to individuals and their families diagnosed with chronic conditions and/or at risk of developing a chronic disease.

The Building Healthy Lifestyles team works in the areas of:
asthma, diabetes, dyslipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic heart failure, heart disease, hypertension and therapeutic exercise.
