The Misericordia Hospital is located east of West Edmonton Mall. The main parking lot may be accessed from 87 Avenue. Public transportation is available with ETS stops on 87 Avenue.

$25. Up to 25 pages of copied information. Additional $0.25 thereafter. Payment must be received prior to start of prcessing request. In accordance with Health Information Act and PCH Policy A-1X-625.
