Viking is located at the intersection of Highways 14 and 36 in east central Alberta. Follow the "H" signs to the Viking Health Centre.
Fees
$25. Up to 25 pages of copied information. Additional $0.25 thereafter. Payment must be received prior to start of prcessing request. In accordance with Health Information Act and PCH Policy A-1X-625.
