Cross Level Services and Supports - Community Services

Provides rehabilitation programs for mental health clients to improve their standard of life.
Services include the following programs:
- Pathways - a large community day program for clients with serious, ongoing mental health concerns. The program operates Monday thru Friday.
- Community Occupational Therapy (OT) and Vocational Services - helps clients from the Regional Mental Health Program clinics with work or education activities in the community.
Must be diagnosed with major mental illness and be a client of an Edmonton mental health clinic.
A referral is needed to access this service. Call for more information.
You must be referred by a mental health worker.
