Spina Bifida Clinic - Adult
- Assists with many of the complex medical and psychosocial needs of adults with spina bifida.
- Education and information to patients, families and professionals.
- Medical consultation for professionals.
Available to
Individuals must be 18 years and older with spina bifida.
Referral needed
Call the service directly at 780-735-7999 Ext. 15210 to speak directly to the Clinic Coordinator. They will provide you with information about the clinic and how to use its services. If you are a patient, ask your physician for a referral if you wish to be seen at a future clinic.
Service providers
Nurses, Physiatrists, Urologists, Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Psychologists. Referrals can be made to other health professionals, i.e. Psychology and community referrals) as well as to other Glenrose services (e.g. Seating Clinic, Sexual Health Service).
