A free group support program that gives Albertans the tools and skills they need to quit using tobacco. Some of the quitting support techniques include:

  • self-hypnosis
  • behaviour modification
  • relaxation

The program also gives you:

  • tips and ideas to help with your physical and mental recovery
  • visits from people that have been through the program

They also offer a program for support people.

The program has six 90-minute sessions over a period of up to 9 weeks.

Available to

Must be 18 years old or older, and must be trying to quit using tobacco.
