Patients who are experiencing high risk conditions in pregnancy.
Must live in geographic area that is served by Northern and Central Alberta Maternal-Fetal Medicine Centre unless specific physician referral request.
Target group is females seeking:
- pre-conceptual counseling,
- pre-natal screening and
- diagnosis
Referral needed
Physician referral is required. Completed prenatal records, completed prenatal blood work, all previous ultrasound reports, maternal serum screen results, any other pertinent lab work or reports. Consultation letter from Physician indicating reason for referral.
