1-2-3 Go! Child and Family Early Intervention Service
Provides teaching and support to people with children under 3 who have complex needs due to neuromotor, neurodevelopmental, or neurobehavioural problems. This includes early intervention services and diagnostic treatment. A group treatment experience is offered, but the child must have a parent or consistent caregiver with him or her.
Children under 3 with complex needs who need intensive, specialized early intervention service or further diagnostic treatment. They must have accessed available community resources before referral.
A referral is needed to access this service. Call for more information.
The child's Physician or Nurse Practioner must complete the Glenrose Pediatric Referral Form with the parent or caregiver to support shared care and onging medical follow-up for any recommendations.
Recent information from the school, community program, or community therapists are important to help us meet the child's needs. Please include these reports with the referral.
