The Access Centre is a single-point-of-entry call centre where RN's provide information, assessment and wayfinding for seniors accessing the health system.

Alberta Poison Centre

Provides emergency, immediate information and advice about poisonings to both the general public and health care professionals.

Canadian Cord Blood Registry

Cord blood remains in the umbilical cord after a baby is born. Like bone marrow, cord blood is rich in stem cells which are the building blocks of human blood, immune systems, nervous systems, skin, bones, heart, endocrine organs and other body tissues.

Patient Concerns Officer

The role of the Patient Concerns Officer is separate from the Patient Concerns Division. The Patient Concerns Officer is responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to complaints or concerns that have not already been resolved by the Patient Concerns Division.
