A Connect Care Anniversary

In this edition of Conversations with Yiu, I sit down with Kristen Moreau, a clinical nurse educator from the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital, and Dr. Allen Ausford, family physician, about what Connect Care will mean for them.
