Complex Care Hub

Our people and teams across AHS consistently show how adaptive and innovative they are, delivering care in new ways that support the well-being of our patients. While the COVID-19 pandemic certainly shone a brighter light on how we use virtual care technologies to support our patients, many initiatives capitalized on the benefits offered by virtual care prior to COVID.

One example is the Complex Care Hub, which provides a home hospital care model that functions as an alternative to traditional hospitalization for patients with complex conditions. It’s had great success in helping keep patients in their homes and communities while they receive care.
