Cogito (Connect Care Reporting) will be unavailable on the fourth Thursday of every month, between 1900hrs to 2300hrs. The outage will affect Slicer Dicer, BI portal and Crystal (PDF/Excel) reports. The majority of Reporting Workbench reports and Radar Dashboards will be available. Some Radar Dashboards that rely on data from the SQL databases will be affected by these outages.
Connect Care Fall 2024 Upgrade
The scheduled downtime for Connect Care systems has completed except for BIRESTful, Caboodle, Clarity, Cube, Reporting Workbench and Slicer Dicer which remain unavailable. This is an expected delay following the downtime.
