What does this job look like at AHS?

The working leader supervises staff by assigning, monitoring, supervising and assisting with workload requirements. This position assists in the monitoring, planning and organization of linen demands, setting staffing levels, developing work routines and maintaining accurate records. This position is the key contact for Linen Services.

Working leaders are located in a number of different facilities including hospitals, medical centers and continuing care facilities. They may work full-time or part-time hours. Shift schedules may include a combination of day, evening, nights and weekend shifts. In rural areas, the working leader may be responsible for multiple locations.
