The Pain Management Clinic offers consultation and treatment for people with chronic pain conditions including migraines, fibromyalgia, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.Provides a referral service for clinicians who need to refer adults to a pain management clinic for issues such as: low back pain (with radiculopathy) herpetic neuralgia fibromyalgia arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis) neck pain shoulder pain peripheral neuropathy myofascial pain syndrome spondyloarthropathies (i.e. ankylosing spondylitis) This service schedules patients into the following clinics for Initial assessment: Lifemark Pain Clinic Kaye Pain Clinic
