The second annual Renal Fitness Challenge brings us across the sea to France, a land of history, culture, and of course the legendary Tour de France, which this year celebrates its 100th anniversary.
In honour of that incredible race, approximately 180 renal patients will take part in a virtual tour around France, learning its history and geography during a 2950-kilometre journey. Starting in Reims in the northeast of France, the challenge will bring the patients all the way around the country to finish in Paris, one of the world's greatest cities.
