In the 2017 to 2019 PLI season, AHS will be piloting a new approach to our courses. We will be offering PLI courses that focus on specific learning pathways rather than individual learning events. Courses are connected in content and will create progressive knowledge in a topic area.
This year’s focus is a Relationship Management Path and will include courses that support learning in this area. Participants who complete 5 of the 6 courses in the pathway will receive an AHS certificate and will be able to apply these courses to the CCPE designation through CMA.
Participation will not be limited to those who want to complete the 5-course certificate. Registration will also be available to those participants who only want to attend a single course.
The identified courses within this pathway include:
***Participants who have completed both Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability will be allowed to use these courses toward this certificate as well.
Participants who have (within the past 3 years) attended one of these sessions will be granted credit towards the new certificate, without need to repeat the course.
We will be posting information shortly for those participants who completed the Professional Management Path during the 2017/2018 PLI season.
The identified courses within Professional Management pathway included:
