Contaminated water advisory lifted for Golden Sheaf Park Beach – Rattlesnake Lake

MEDICINE HAT – Effective immediately, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the contaminated water advisory that was issued for Golden Sheaf Park Beach – Rattlesnake Lake on July 1.

Water testing has confirmed that bacterial levels are now below maximum acceptable guidelines, meaning the water at Golden Sheaf Park – Rattlesnake Lake is again safe for swimming and wading.

AHS will continue to sample this water as part of routine monitoring practices.
