Construction to begin in lobby of Didsbury District Health Services

July 13, 2018

DIDSBURY – Patients, staff and the public will be required to use a temporary main entrance to Didsbury District Health Services during renovations to the main lobby of the facility.

Starting Monday, July 23 at 8 a.m., the main entrance to the facility will be closed and patients, visitors and staff will be required to use one of the entrances adjacent to the main entrance.

Signage will be posted on site to direct staff and patients to the temporary entrance they will need to use. Staff and contractors would like to thank members of the community for their patience throughout this project. Work on the lobby is expected to be completed in fall 2018.

This project is being led by AHS Capital Management and funded through the Government of Alberta’s Infrastructure Maintenance Program. Taking into account the diverse needs of Albertans, the Government of Alberta and AHS are strategically investing in the health system to support patients and communities to stay healthy and manage illness effectively.
