RED DEER – Monitoring of two Central Zone lakes currently under blue-green algae advisory has indicated that blue-green algae presence in the waters of these lakes has diminished to such an extent that the advisories can be lifted.
As such, effective immediately, Alberta Health Services has lifted the blue-green algae advisories for:
Advisory signage previously posted around these lakes has been removed.
