If you need any assistance when you arrive at South Health Campus (SHC), an information desk is located just inside the main entrance.
Volunteer Wayfinders are located throughout SHC on Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm, and on Friday from 8 am to 5 pm to assist patients and families. Please look for the volunteers in the red vests with the black ? on the back. Read more about Volunteer Resources at SHC.
Way-finding involves acknowledging where you are, knowing your destination, and following the best route to that targeted place. It also involves recognizing your destination upon arrival, and reversing the process to find your way back out.
