When publishing for paths, change the title name to reflect the path and the role variable:
Alberta Health Services (AHS) has Patient Care Information Systems (PCIS) that facilitate access to a single shared electronic health record (e_record).
Each patient has a single patient e_record which has a unique 10 digit number. This is their Regional Health Record Number (RHRN). Each new episode of care is added to the e_record as an encounter.
