A login sheet with the Unit Login ID and Unit Password for the Lexmark downtime printer can be found in the SCM Reports Login/Password folder in downtime toolkit.
When SCM is unavailable patient information can be accessed from the SCM Downtime website on the Insite SCM page, on any workstation that has the SCM icon. The SCM Downtime reports can be viewed or printed, for the duration of a downtime, so long as the AHS network is still available.
SEC reports can be viewed or printed for use during an outage:
The reports default to show all patients on the unit. However, this can be modified to select only certain names.
If a network outage occurs (no internet/intranet/email), the SCM Downtime website will not work. Staff will be required to access SCM (Sunrise Acute Care) Downtime reports via the MFP (Multi-Function Printer) located on their unit.
