There are two SCM icons located on your computer desktop:

 

• PRODUCTION SCM contains the real patient records.
• TRAINING SCM contains fictional patients to practice with (access by clicking the SCM-Shortcut icon).  
 

Click the Log into SCM button to view the demo.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each person receives their own User Name and Password upon successful completion of the required training modules and tests. Never share your password with anyone.

The Health Information Act regulates the use of the electronic health record. Only view records for patients that you are professionally caring for. You cannot look at your own record, or records of family and friends.
