Additional Test Information: | If Progressive TSH is ordered, orders for fT4 and fT3 will be cancelled. These tests will automatically be added if indicated by the algorithm, CH40-684 TSH Testing Algorithm (labqms.com) Empiric treatment predicated on a single TSH measurement between 6.51 and 10.00 mIU/L in non-pregnant adults remains controversial. Suggest clinical correlation and consider repeat TSH at an appropriate interval.
