IF additional tests are ordered, ensure a single aliquot is provided for urate. DO NOT collect in preservative. Random: 5 mL random urine collection. Urate/Creatinine Ratio: 5 mL aliquot of 24 hour urine collection preferred; random urine specimen acceptable. | ||
