Method and Interpretation of Results: | The Urea Reduction Ratio (URR) is a calculation that provides an index of dialysis therapy delivered to a patient. The URR is an alternate to the value of Kt/V and has equivalent clinical utility. A URR value of 65% indicates adequate hemodialysis and is similar to a Kt/V value of 1.2. | ||||
