Method: | PCR followed by single base extension and mass spectrometry | ||
Method and Interpretation of Results: | Analysis for CTNNB1, GNAS, KIT, PDGFRA, IDH1, IDH2 mutations is performed after PCR amplification using a single base extension technique (Agena iPLEX Pro chemistry) and mass spectrometry on the MassArray instrument.
