Method and Interpretation of Results: | Analysis for HPV subtypes 6,11,16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,67,68,73 is performed after PCR amplification using a single base extension technique (Agena iPLEX Melanoma HS assay) and mass spectrometry on the MassArray instrument. | ||
