Clinical Indications: | Antibodies to dsDNA help confirm the diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in patients with clinical features. Following levels of anti-dsDNA antibody in SLE patients may be of use in monitoring disease activity. High antibody levels are associated with active SLE. | ||||||
