Additional Test Information: | Complete toxicology history on routine requisition: indicate reason for request, drugs suspected, current medications, and drugs given in emergency. Qualitative only (negative, positive). Detects tricyclic antidepressants/metabolites but will not distinguish between them. Carbamazepine, chlorpromazine, cyclobenzaprine, dimenhydrinate, diphenhydramine, orphenadrine and quetiapine may give false positive results.
