Desirable Amiodarone target range in patients treated for atrial fibrillation is between 1.1-2.2 µmol/L. Patients with normal metabolism have desethylamiodarone concentrations +/- 20% of the parent drug. Toxic Levels: The frequency of adverse effects is related to dosage and duration of therapy. | ||||||||
